Silgan Holdings, Inc. (NASDAQ: SLGN) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.12 per share, or $0.48 annualized. This is a 9.1% increase from the prior dividend of $0.11.

The dividend will be payable on March 26, 2012, to stockholders of record on March 12, 2012, with an ex-dividend date of March 8, 2012.
