Kelly Services, Inc. (NASDAQ: KELYA) (Nasdaq: KELYB) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.05 per share on both its class A and B dividends, or $0.2 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on March 16, 2012, to stockholders of record on February 27, 2012, with an ex-dividend date of February 23, 2012.

The annual yield on the dividend is 1.3 percent.
