Chigago Bridge & Iron (CBI) Raises Quarterly Dividend 17.6% to $0.05; 0.5% Yield

Chigago Bridge & Iron (NYSE: CBI) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.05 per share, or $0.2 annualized. This is a 17.6% increase from the prior dividend of $0.0425.

The dividend will be payable on March 30, 2012, to stockholders of record on March 16, 2012, with an ex-dividend date of March 14, 2012.

The annual yield on the dividend is 0.5 percent.
