Reliance Steel (RS) Raises Quarterly Dividend 25% to $0.15; Yields 1.1%

Reliance Steel (NYSE: RS) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.15 per share, or $0.6 annualized. This is a 25% increase from the prior dividend of $0.12.

The dividend will be payable on March 23, 2012, to stockholders of record on March 2, 2012, with an ex-dividend date of February 29, 2012.

The annual yield on the dividend is 1.1 percent.
