GNC Holdings (GNC) Tops Q4 EPS by 5c, Offers Q1 and FY12 Guidance, Declares $0.11 Dividend

GNC Holdings (NYSE: GNC) reported Q4 EPS of $0.35, $0.05 better than the analyst estimate of $0.30. Revenue for the quarter came in at $509.6 million versus the consensus estimate of $495.6 million.

GNC Holdings sees FY2012 EPS of $1.82, versus the consensus of $1.73. GNC Holdings sees FY2012 revenue of $2.28 billion, versus the consensus of $2.25 billion.

GNC Holdings sees Q1 2012 EPS of $0.49, versus the consensus of $0.42.

The Company’s Board of Directors has authorized and declared a cash dividend of $0.11 per share of its common stock for the first quarter of 2012, payable on or about March 30, 2012 to stockholders of record at the close of business on March 15, 2012. The Company currently intends to pay regular quarterly dividends; however, the declaration of such future dividends is subject to the final determination of the Company’s Board of Directors.
