Royal Caribbean Cruises Ltd. (NYSE: RCL) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.10 per share, or $0.4 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on March 15, 2012, to stockholders of record on February 29, 2012, with an ex-dividend date of February 27, 2012.

The annual yield on the dividend is 1.3 percent.
