Ancestry.com, Inc. (NASDAQ: ACOM) reported Q4 EPS of $0.40, $0.06 better than the analyst estimate of $0.34. Revenue for the quarter came in at $104.2 million versus the consensus estimate of $104.09 million.
Gross subscriber additions were 220,000 in the fourth quarter of 2011, compared to 203,000 in the fourth quarter of 2010 and 274,000 in the third quarter of 2011.
Sees Q1 2012 revenue of $106-$108 million, versus the consensus of $108.9 million.
Sees FY2012 revenue of $455-$470 million, versus the consensus of $464.3 million.
