Willis Group Holdings (NYSE: WSH) reported Q4 EPS of $0.46, $0.02 worse than the analyst estimate of $0.48. Revenue for the quarter came in at $825 million versus the consensus estimate of $850.57 million.
Raised its quarterly dividend from 26 cents to 27 cents per share. The company announced a $100 million buyback program.
