Nordic American Tanker (NYSE: NAT) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.30 per share, or $1.2 annualized.
The dividend will be payable on March 2, 2012, to stockholders of record on February 23, 2012, with an ex-dividend date of February 21, 2012.
