Hubbell Inc. (HUB-A) (HUB-B) Raises Quarterly Dividend 7.9% to $0.41; 2.3% Yield

Hubbell Inc. (NYSE: HUB-A) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.41 per share on both its class A and B shares, or $1.64 annualized. This is a 7.9% increase from the prior dividend of $0.38.

The dividend will be payable on April 11, 2012, to stockholders of record on March 5, 2012, with an ex-dividend date of March 1, 2012.

The annual yield on the dividend is 2.3 percent.
