Occidental Petroleum Corp. (OXY) Raises Quarterly Dividend 17.4% to $0.54; 2.1% Yield

Occidental Petroleum Corp. (NYSE: OXY) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.54 per share, or $2.16 annualized. This is a 17.4% increase from the prior dividend of $0.46.

The dividend will be payable on April 15, 2012, to stockholders of record on March 9, 2012, with an ex-dividend date of March 7, 2012.

The annual yield on the dividend is 2.1 percent.
