Newell Rubbermaid (NYSE: NWL) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.08 per share, or $0.32 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on March 15, 2012, to stockholders of record on February 29, 2012, with an ex-dividend date of February 27, 2012.

The annual yield on the dividend is 1.7 percent.
