Omnicom Group (OMC) Raises Quarterly Dividend 20% to $0.30; 2.5% Yield

Omnicom Group, Inc. (NYSE: OMC) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.30 per share, or $1.2 annualized. This is a 20% increase from the prior dividend of $0.25.

The dividend will be payable on April 2, 2012, to stockholders of record on March 5, 2012, with an ex-dividend date of March 1, 2012.

The annual yield on the dividend is 2.5 percent.
