The Wall Street Journal is now reporting that Procter & Gamble (NYSE: PG) is unlikely to sell Pringles to Diamond Foods (Nasdaq: DMND) after findings from the company's audit committee requited a restatement for improper payments and the CEO/CFO resigned. The Journal cited a source.
