Goldman Sachs raised estimates and its price target and Walt Disney (NYSE: DIS) from $43 to $44 following Q1 results but is keeping their Neutral rating.

The firm notes the company easily beat on the bottom line, with about $0.06 of the beat coming from lower-than-expected Cable Network costs and the other $0.04 from lower interest and taxes.

Goldman raised FY12/13/14 EPS estimates by 3%/2%/1% to $3.00/$3.41/$3.67.

Oh the quarter the firm noted: Advertising missed, cable margins flattered by timing issues, parks beat, and buybacks were light
