Satcon Technology Corporation (NASDAQ: SATC) 50% HIGHER; announced a partnership with Great Wall Computer Company Limited. The partnership will position Satcon to capitalize on the estimated 14GW of utility scale projects under development, fueled by the country’s Feed-In Tariff program. Of the 14GW of identified non-residential solar projects in development in China today, the majority are expected to be developed by China State Owned Entities.

McClatchy Co. (NYSE: MNI) 25.5% HIGHER; reported Q4 EPS of $0.49, $0.09 better than the analyst estimate of $0.40. Revenue for the quarter came in at $351.4 million versus the consensus estimate of $347.8 million.
Coinstar, Inc. (NASDAQ: CSTR) 18.5% HIGHER; reported Q4 EPS of $1.00, $0.36 better than the analyst estimate of $0.64. Revenue for the quarter came in at $520.5 million versus the consensus estimate of $498.09 million. Sees Q1 core EPS of 76-91 cents, which compares to the Street estimate of 86 cents. Sees sales of $530-$555 million, which compares to the Street estimate of $514.5 million. Sees FY12 EPS $3.80-$4.30 on sales of $2.08-$2.25 billion. The Street is currently expecting EPS of $3.86 on sales of $2.17 billion. Also announced it will acquire the assets of NCR's (NYSE: NCR) DVD business. Terms were not disclosed.
Cambrex Corp. (NYSE: CBM) 16.3% LOWER; reported Q4 EPS of $0.10, $0.02 worse than the analyst estimate of $0.12. Revenue for the quarter came in at $67.1 million versus the consensus estimate of $64.85 million. Sees FY2012 EBITDA of $47-$53 million. Sees FY2012 revenue of growth of 2-6%, versus the consensus of 5%.
Standard Pacific Corp. (NYSE: SPF) 16.5% HIGHER; reported Q4 EPS of $0.04, $0.02 better than the analyst estimate of $0.02. Revenue for the quarter came in at $293.2 million versus the consensus estimate of $275.21 million.
Astex Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (Nasdaq: ASTX) 15.8% LOWER; according to FDA briefing documents from this morning, a study for dacogen failed to demonstrate benefit based on statistical interpretation.
BroadVision (Nasdaq: BVSN) 15.6% LOWER; after rallying nearly 13 percent at the open, the stock tumbled by nearly 30 percent on no apparent news. Volume spiked sharply as downside intensified.
Plug Power (Nasdaq: PLUG) 15.2% HIGHER; after opening flat this morning, the stock moved over the $2.10 level and then bounced off that as support when the price was tested on the downside. Shares saw resistance at the $2.30 level, however are now over that price.
Biosante Pharma (Nasdaq: BPAX) 15.2% LOWER; investors taking profits today following six straight sessions of upside. The stock surged nearly 42 percent yesterday following a bullish SeekingAlpha article. The stock is back under $1 today.
