MasterCard (NYSE: MA) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.30 per share, or $1.2 annualized. This is a 100% increase from the prior dividend of $0.15.
The dividend will be payable on May 9, 2012, to stockholders of record on April 9, 2012, with an ex-dividend date of April 4, 2012.
