Goldman Sachs boosted estimates and its price target on HCA Holdings (NYSE: HCA) from $24 to $27 following Q4 results, but is keeping their Neutral rating.

The firm noted volume was solid-to-strong for the second quarter in a row, especially within the firm's view of continued low utilization into 2012-13 for the sector. Market share gains and urban markets are driving volume trends. This was partly offset by a continued unfavorable shift in service mix as well as Medicaid reimbursement cuts.

Goldman raised 2012 EPS by $0.06 to $3.46 and 2013 EPS by $0.08 to $3.85, primarily to reflect a lower tax rate.
