Coca-Cola Enterprises, Inc. (NYSE: CCE) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.16 per share, or $0.64 annualized. This is a 23.1% increase from the prior dividend of $0.13.

The dividend will be payable on March 22, 2012, to stockholders of record on March 9, 2012, with an ex-dividend date of March 7, 2012.
