Church & Dwight Co. (NYSE: CHD) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.24 per share, or $0.96 annualized. This is a 41.2% increase from the prior dividend of $0.17.

The dividend will be payable on March 1, 2012.

The annual yield on the dividend is 2.1 percent.
