Home Properties, Inc. (NYSE: HME) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.66 per share, or $2.64 annualized. This is a 6.5% increase from the prior dividend of $0.62.

The dividend will be payable on February 28, 2012, to stockholders of record on February 16, 2012, with an ex-dividend date of February 14, 2012.

The annual yield on the dividend is 4.4 percent.
