Shares of BioLineRx (NASDAQ: BLRX) is surging 31 percent higher early Monday after the company announced it licensed its second oral hepatitis C treatment.
The company signed an exclusive with Genoscience and RFS Pharma for development and commercialization of BL-8030.
A few week ago the stock surged after an exclusive license for BL-8020. Hep-C has been a hot area due to the frenzied M&A in the space.
