Seaspan (NYSE: SSW) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.1875 per share, or $0.75 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on February 22, 2012, to stockholders of record on February 13, 2012, with an ex-dividend date of February 9, 2012.

The annual yield on the dividend is 4.8 percent.
