This report is an intraday check of some of the more notable stocks that have hit a 52-week high or low so far today.

- Gilead Sciences, Inc. (Nasdaq: GILD) high of $54.77. Gilead moving higher Friday following fourth-quarter numbers, but more importantly, an update to HCV treatment PSI-7977. On its conference call following results, comments for '7977 were dovish from Gilead's chief scientific officer. Shares moved 11 percent to the new mark Friday.
- Seagate Technology. (NYSE: STX) high of 26.68. Seagate is moving higher again following its quarterly report earlier in the week. Shares are gaining on economic data today, moving another 3.6 percent to the new mark.
- Dynavax Technologies Corporatio (Nasdaq: DVAX) high of $4.29. Dynavax continuing higher Friday following a positive meeting with the FDA over experimental HEPLISAV BLA. The news sent shares higher Thursday, eventually closing up 10.9 percent.
- CVS Caremark Corporation Common (NYSE: CVS) high of $43.98. CVS Caremark could be gaining as Walgreen reported a 2.3 percent decline in January sales, which some speculate might be result of the dissolved deal with Express Scripts (Nasdaq: ESRX).
- MannKind Corporation (Nasdaq: MNKD) low of $2.15. MannKind announced the pricing of an underwritten public offering of 31,250,000 units, with each unit consisting of one share of its common stock and a warrant to purchase 0.60 of a share of its common stock. The shares of common stock and the warrants are being offered at a combined price to the public of $2.40 per unit for expected gross proceeds of $75 million.
Shares fell almost 13 percent to the new low Friday.
- THQ, Inc. (Nasdaq: THQI) low of $0.53. After the market closed Thursday, THQ reported earnings of 35 cents per share and revenue of $404.4 million, missing consensus views calling for EPS of 65 cents and revs of $417.6 million.
Shares moved 30 percent to the new low.
- EXCO Resources (NYSE: XCO) low of $6.80. Entered into an agreement granting a forty-five day exclusivity period to an unaffiliated private infrastructure fund to negotiate the sale of a one-third equity interest in TGGT Holdings, LLC.
EXCO anticipates that an affiliate of BG Group plc will participate in the sale transaction on a pro rata basis. A purchase price of $400 million for the equity interest is expected.
