Needham & Company maintains a 'Hold' on Power-One (NASDAQ: PWER).

Analyst, Y. Edwin Mok, said, "PWER reported better than expected 4Q11 results but provided 1Q12 guidance that was below Street estimates, which was largely expected given modest demand uptick in the near-term. We believe PWER is taking the right steps to expand its international presence, especially given weakness in Europe. However, this transition will take time and the increased investment in international operations will limit margins, in our view. Therefore, we are keeping our rating and will look for more progress on new markets share gains before getting aggressive."

"We trim our 2012 non-GAAP EPS est. to $0.48 and 2012 to $0.54."
