Modine Manufacturing (MOD) Misses Q3 EPS by 11c; Cuts FY12 Outlook

Modine Manufacturing Co. (NYSE: MOD) reported Q3 EPS of $0.17, $0.11 worse than the analyst estimate of $0.28. Revenue for the quarter came in at $373.3 million versus the consensus estimate of $414.28 million.

Sees FY2012 EPS of $0.70-$0.75, versus the consensus of $0.91. The company had previously guided FY12 EPS to $0.95-$1.05.
