Shares of Zynga Inc. (Nasdaq: ZNGA) are surging Thursday following last night's disclosure that Facebook makes 12 percent of its revenue from Zynga. Facebook also said that if it was unable to successfully maintain this relationship, financial results could be harmed.
This has speculators asking this question ---> If Facebook is worth $100 billion, then is Zynga worth $12 billion?
If the answer to this question is "yes" then shares of ZNGA would be trading north of $17 per share.
Currently sitting at $12.35 (up 17%), this would suggest another 38% upside.
Of course there is already the speculation that Facebook should just buy them out.
