Wabco Holdings (WBC) Tops Q4 EPS by 4c; Guides FY12 EPS

Wabco Holdings (NYSE: WBC) reported Q4 EPS of $1.21, $0.04 better than the analyst estimate of $1.17. Revenue for the quarter came in at $372 million versus the consensus estimate of $716.76 million.

Wabco Holdings sees FY2012 EPS of $4.30-$4.80, versus the consensus of $4.67.
