Pitney Bowes, Inc. (NYSE: PBI) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.375 per share, or $1.5 annualized. This is a 1.4% increase from the prior dividend of $0.37.

The dividend will be payable on March 12, 2012, to stockholders of record on February 17, 2012, with an ex-dividend date of February 15, 2012.

The annual yield on the dividend is 7.8 percent.
