Xyratex, Ltd. (NASDAQ: XRTX) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.065 per share, or $0.26 annualized. This is an 18.2% increase from the prior dividend of $0.055.

The dividend will be payable on February 29, 2012, to stockholders of record on February 15, 2012, with an ex-dividend date of February 13, 2012.

The annual yield on the dividend is 1.6 percent.
