Qiagen NV (NASDAQ: QGEN) reported Q4 EPS of $0.31, $0.04 better than the analyst estimate of $0.27. Revenue for the quarter came in at $334.4 million versus the consensus estimate of $322.76 million.

Qiagen NV sees FY2012 EPS of $1.03-$1.05, versus the consensus of $1.02.
