Neenah Paper, Inc. (NYSE: NP) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.12 per share, or $0.48 annualized. This is a 9.1% increase from the prior dividend of $00.11.

The dividend will be payable on February 2, 2012, to stockholders of record on February 10, 2012, with an ex-dividend date of February 8, 2012.
