The WSJ reporting Tuesday afternoon Facebook may not immediately include the exchange the stock will be traded on (either the Nasdaq (Nasdaq: NDAQ) or NYSE (NYSE: NYX)).
Chatter last week suggested the IPO would be officially filed with the SEC on Wednesday, February 1st. The rumored ticker is "FB."
