UBS maintains a 'Neutral' on MicroStrategy (NASDAQ: MSTR) price target raised from $114 to $120.
UBS analyst says, "MSTR is clearly trying to build out their cloud analytics strategy, spending $107M more in opex and $24M more in capex this year, leading to 3% CY OPM, the lowest MSTR has seen since 2001. While we think their core BI product is best of breed and see a large opportunity for their new products, in our view the key questions are 1) when will they stop investing at this pace, and 2) when will these investments pay off?"
