Needham & Company maintains a 'Buy' on Constant Contact (NASDAQ: CTCT) price target of $29.00.
Needham analyst said, "We anticipate a high-energy and media-grabbing launch of CTCT’s important new social product (Social Campaigns) on Wednesday, February 1st (one day ahead of the Q4 earnings report), which could be a positive for investor sentiment and CTCT shares."
"While some skeptics are still unconvinced that this product launch (and/or the recent acquisition of loyalty mobile apps provider CardStar) could reverse trends and improve key metrics (grossadds, netadds, COA), we firmly believe in the opposite...We wouldn’t be surprised if Social Campaigns is priced free of charge for the first 30 days in order to inspire a mass number of customers/prospects to give the product a test-drive right out of the gate."
