Ameristar Casinos, Inc. (NASDAQ: ASCA) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.125 per share, or $0.5 annualized. This is a 19% increase from the prior dividend of $0.105.

The dividend will be payable on March 15, 2012, to stockholders of record on February 29, 2012, with an ex-dividend date of February 27, 2012.

The annual yield on the dividend is 2.5 percent.
