PetMed Express, Inc. (NASDAQ: PETS) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.15 per share, or $0.6 annualized. This is a 20% increase from the prior dividend of $0.125.
The dividend will be payable on February 24, 2012, to stockholders of record on February 10, 2012, with an ex-dividend date of February 8, 2012.
