BreitBurn Energy Partners, L.P. (NASDAQ: BBEP) declared a quarterly distribution of $0.45 per unit, or $1.8 annualized. This is a 3.4% increase from the prior dividend of $0.435.

The dividend will be payable on February 14, 2012, to stockholders of record on February 6, 2012, with an ex-dividend date of February 2, 2012.

The annual yield on the dividend is 9 percent.
