Needham & Company Maintains 'Hold' on IAC/InterActiveCorp (IACI); 4Q11 Preview: Lowering 4Q11 Estimates

Needham & Company maintains 'Hold' on IAC/InterActiveCorp (NASDAQ: IACI).

Needham analyst said, "We are lowering our 4Q11 estimates to reflect our concerns over the impact of lower Cost-per-Click rates on Search revenue and slowing unique visitor growth across many of IAC’s businesses."

"Our below consensus 4Q11 estimates reflect our concern that a decline in CPC rates and decline in unique visitors could signal a slow down in revenue growth. Our 4Q11 revenue estimate is $564 million compared to consensus of $566 million and our adjusted EPS estimate of $0.51 is also below consensus estimate of $0.55."
