Energen Corp. (EGN) Raises Quarterly Dividend 3.7% to $0.14; 1% Yield

Energen Corp. (NYSE: EGN) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.14 per share, or $0.56 annualized. This is a 3.7% increase from the prior dividend of $0.135.

The dividend will be payable on March 1, 2012, to stockholders of record on February 15, 2012, with an ex-dividend date of February 13, 2012.

The annual yield on the dividend is 1 percent.
