Ball Corp. (BLL) Raises Quarterly Dividend 42.9% to $0.10; 1.1% Yield

Ball Corp. (NYSE: BLL) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.10 per share, or $0.4 annualized. This is a 42.9% increase from the prior dividend of $0.07.

The dividend will be payable on March 15, 2012, to stockholders of record on March 1, 2012, with an ex-dividend date of February 28, 2012.

The annual yield on the dividend is 1.1 percent.
