UPDATE - UBS downgraded Kimberly Clark (NYSE: KMB) from Buy to Neutral. PT cut from $77 to $75.

UBS analyst said, "Weak 4Q: strong Tissue not enough to offset soft Personal Care...Management provided initial 2012 EPS guidance of $5.00-5.15. This is well below consensus. They expect flat sales (tissue restructuring/FX offsetting 3-4% organic growth). They expect neutral inflation/deflation. Currency should be a drag. They expect to repatriate some foreign cash, which should raise the tax rate. We are lowering our estimate to $5.14 from $5.29. We believe KMB’s inflation guidance could prove conservative-we do not expect a steep rebound in pulp pricing."

UBS also lowers FY13 EPS estimate from $5.51 to $5.46.
