Old National Bancorp (NYSE: ONB) will acquire Indiana Community Bancorp (Nasdaq: INCB) in a $79.2 million stock deal.
According to the terms of the agreement, holders of INCB will receive 1.90 shares of ONB for each share currently held.
Shares of Indiana Community Bancorp are set to resume trading at 8:45am ET.
