Jefferies cuts estimates and its price target on Baker Hughes (NYSE: BHI) from $65 to $60 but is keeping their Buy rating.
The firm comments, "Although BHI's international business seems to be firing on all cylinders, margins in the US pressure pumping segment are showing signs of softness as the outlook for North America activity and margins continues to become more uncertain. As such, we are reducing our EPS estimates and lowering our PT accordingly."
FY12 EPS goes from $5.16 to $4.61 and FY13 from $5.97 to $5.29.
