Dahlman Rose reiterates a 'Buy' on Peabody Energy (NYSE: BTU) price target of $48.00.
Dahlman analyst said, "Peabody reported FY11 adjusted EBITDA of $2.22Bn, slightly ahead of our estimate and consensus. The 1Q12 guidance, including MCC, was initiated below consensus. The company is making large investments in MCC cost structure – looking for accretion next year."
