DoJ Closes Probe on Oracle/RightNow (RNOW) Deal; Merger to Complete Jan. 25th

In a Form 8-K, RightNow (Nasdaq: RNOW) disclosed it has received a DoJ notice saying the investigation related to the Oracle deal has been closed.

The company expects the merger to be completed on January 25th.
