AvalonBay (NYSE: AVB), Equity Residential (NYSE: EQR), Essex Property Trust (NYSE: ESS), Post Properties (NYSE: PPS) and UDR, Inc. (NYSE: UDR)...all at 'Neutral' ratings.
However, Compass Point did issue one 'Buy' rating...on Home Properties (NYSE: HME).
