Schlumberger Ltd. (NYSE: SLB) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.275 per share, or $1.1 annualized. This is a 10% increase from the prior dividend of $0.25.
The dividend will be payable on April 13, 2012, to stockholders of record on February 22, 2012, with an ex-dividend date of February 17, 2012.
