Fairchild Semiconductor International, Inc. (NYSE: FCS) reported Q4 EPS of $0.15, $0.01 worse than the analyst estimate of $0.16. Revenue for the quarter came in at $339.4 million versus the consensus estimate of $358.86 million.

Sees Q1 2012 revenue of $340-$370 million, versus the consensus of $382.77 million.
