Collins Stewart initiates coverage on Digital Realty Trust (NYSE: DLR) with a Neutral. PT $65.00.

Collins analyst says, "With a secular tailwind of strong industry-wide data center demand, we believe DLR is uniquely positioned to benefit by leveraging its modular implementation process that can rapidly adapt to changing technologies. Be it demands for cloud computing, financial exchanges or content storage, we believe DLR offers quality wholesale data center space at competitive price points and has established itself as the supplier of choice for this rapidly developing industry."

"Despite a solid track record of growth through acquisitions, we believe that as the company's total portfolio of assets exceeds 17 million square feet, continued 20%+ annual growth will be increasingly challenging...we believe the share price has fairly reflected the strong demand in the wholesale data center market and the fundamentals in the company's operations."
